You will find the directions for cleaning your range top on pages 22 and 23 in your Owner’s Manual. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this new gas range one month ago. I absolutely LOVE it. Separate burners for quick boil, or simmer and they WORK ! It is very stylish and makes cooking and baking a breeze. I actually took the time to read the owner's manual so maybe that made a difference. Never knew that you should not be cooking with a yellow flame. A great appliance.
