Gets the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes clothes fine but is quite noisy and gets off balance easily. Also the normal wash cycle takes what seems to be more time than other washers we have used.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey MAC4, some newer washers use less water and may have longer cycle times. If you are running extra-large loads, it may take extra time. If you are able, try splitting your load into 2 smaller loads and see if that impacts your cycle time positively. Please review the sounds listed on page 12 of your Owner’s Manual. Breaks easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is 3 months old and the pump broke. Took a week for warranty company to set up appt with a repairman, now it's taking another 2 weeks to get part in. So it's going on a month to get repaired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My Least Favorite

Some good and not so good features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer came with our new house. We like the capacity, the stainless steel tub. We don't like that the lid locks once you press the start button so you can't add cloths, or you can't add detergent as it fills the tub . you have to put detergent in first. The machine doesn't clean soiled clothes very well, ie. Socks.
