Too noisy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a stock unit with our new home and will be replaced- two service techs were called about the noisy operation and both acknowledged that this is normal for this model - highly unacceptable! If you do not mind the noise - a great washer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loud scraping and grinding noises

Received my new washer on Wednesday November 9 and did my first load. Scraping and grinding noises occurred using the Casual cycle during wash mode. I pulled it away from the wall, figured it's new, and it needs to work the kinks out. I used it again on Thursday Nov 10 using Normal/Heavy cycle and it was louder but in a shorter time span. I'm thinking the kinks are coming out. Today Saturday November 12 I'm using the Bedding and Normal cycles. During the wash mode, it's so loud. Besides return this thing, what do I do with the noise? Can it be fixed?

So diappointed!

Washer is only 17 months old and not working properly. I am only washing for 2 people in our house. Warranty is out at 1 year. Expensive washer for 1 year of service!!

Not happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not at all happy with this washer. Tub rattles all over can't get a single load to complete without going off balance during spin cycle. Very noisy machine.
