Washes great--when it was working. Just happen to be the lucky one, repairman multiple times (good to honor warranty), computer issues. Now looking for another model.

Commercial Housing Project

I purchased 10 of these for a small housing project I did over the summer. Needless to say I will never purchase another Frigidaire product again. We have 5 of the houses occupied and have had 3 of them with warranty calls so far, within the first week of using the washers. The washers would not drain and all of them needed a new part. Its nice that it was able to be taken care of but still a pain to deal with. Same problem on all of them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It takes WAY TOO LONG to wash a load!

This washer was bought about 6 months ago! The wash cycles are at a minimum of 1 hour. That is on the normal wash. If you choose the heavy duty wash cycle you will be waiting an hour and a half for the wash to complete. If you are washing sheets and it becomes off balance, the washer stops, but you gave to wait until the lid lock releases to redistribute the load evenly. My laundry never smells clean and treated spots are not washed out. I am very disappointed with this washer. For our family of six, doing laundry is a hassle! So much for doing a quick load before starting the day. It's an all day affair. :(

do not recommended this machine

I bought this machine a few months ago and I have had nothing but trouble with it. The lid has already broken, it has torn up my sheets and comforters by going under the agitator. Sometimes it starts filling up with water and wont stop. I have to unplug it for it to reset and sometime it wont spin and I have to take soaking wet clothes out to get it to start back again and I dont overload it either. Very disappointed.

Awful with any bedding

Anytime I wash sheets, blankets, mattress pads, etc, it always gets stuck at final spin, no matter how I try to balance the bedding. I would have to take most of them out then spin each individually. A real waste of my time.

Does what is needed.

Received this with a move in package when we bought our house. Does what is needed, but pretty loud. Had a problem with the motor but the warranty covered it. Does make me skeptical if it will last another 6 months.

It came as a package with our new home. It has torn a sheet and ruined a number of shirts. Items get sucked below the agitator and it ruins them. We are actively replacing with a another brand. Tired of ruined clothes.

Do not buy this washing machine

Do not buy this washing machine.
I'd rate it with no stars but that option is not available.
I'm just getting ready to load up my car for my monthly trip to the laundromat. As other owners have posted, this machine gets stuck in the wash cycle and will not drain. I have to ring the clothes out by hand and hang them up to finish dripping out excess water before I can put them in the dryer. When it gets to this point -- when it will not drain -- it takes a minimum of 2 to 3 days for the electronic memory to clear out so I can use it again. On average this happens every 10 days. I've been logging it's malfunction over the last few months; I've owned it for 13 months. I've tried doing very small loads of laundry and using it less frequently (I have a family of 4 usually do one load of laundry daily).
I will never buy another Frigidaire appliance.
