Worst way to spend money !!!

I bought this less than a month and it is the worst washer I ever had....There is no way the clothes come out clean. It does not matter what product or cycle I use the result is the same. It is like it does not have enough force.... I really don't know, but it is the worst way spend your money. Better not talk to the useless manual

Eats my clothes

This came with a brand new house, I wish it hadn’t!! I sold my 18 year old washer because my husbands house had this one that was 2 years old. It takes a long time to wash, three times as long as my previous washer, it’s noisy, it sucks clothong underneath the washer drum and shreads them. This is a horrible product and the dryer is no better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your washer has a “load size sensing” feature, which the water level is automatically calculated by the washer. The washer will perform a dry load sensing procedure to determine load size before adding water to the tub. If your model has status lights, the “sensing” indicator will be lit.
Also, try revisiting your installation instructions if you are experiencing low water pressure. Washers connected to water supplies with lower inlet pressure will experience longer filling times and may not complete cycles or fill the tub as quickly. Also, if water is being used elsewhere in the house it may affect the performance of your appliance. We recommend the water pressure be at least 10 psi (69 kPa).

Worst machine ever

This machine came with my new house. It is noisy and takes forever to wash a load. I have had issues with leaking and now it wont go through the spin cycle. It will just stop and leave me with soaking wet clothes. I cant afford another washer right now so unfortunately I'm stuck with this one for a few more months. I'm glad it's been discontinued

Hate this thing

We've had this washer for three years now and absolutely hate it. It's positively the slowest washer ever and very frequently it "eats" our clothes and sheets. Fabric gets caught in the agitator and rips up our stuff. Also, it hardly cleans our clothes because it adds just barely enough water to do the job. Looking for a new washer even though it still technically works just because it's so frustrating to wash clothes with this one.

Takes soooooo long to wash

Never had a washer that takes an hour to wash a load of clothes!!!! Ughhhhhh....One hour regardless of the cycle. Was doing research this morning to see now that the sap-sucker has been discontinued. SMH!!!!!

Periodic stoping

Twice the machine has shutdown while in the middle of a wash cycle. Once with water still in it and once without and the all the lights cycling.

I have bought two brand new washers in my life time and this one is, by far, one of the best. It gets my clothes clean, it does not take as much water, and after it spins out, it does not take my dryer long to sry. Which also saves more money.
