I love the look but not the sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a nice washer but is very noisy....makes a loud roaring sound at some point during the wash. I don't like that you cant put if its a small,medium, or large load. I really don't like if its a small wash but yet the thing is filling all the way up if it is hard to tell since the lid locks. Came with the house

Hello, ylwrose777! I hate to hear that you are not happy with your washer. This model has load size sensing technology, so it will use the correct amount of water every time. The water level is automatically calculated by the washer. The washer will perform a dry load sensing procedure to determine the load size before adding water to the tub. Loud roaring noises could indicate the washer is overloaded. If this is not the case, please contact us directly to schedule a service appointment. ~ Brandi

Very loud

This washer came with house. I do like the door lock feature. It is extremely loud throughout the cycle with small, medium or large cycle which is apparently due to drain pipe and is working as designed, as per technician.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Could be better

I tried to wash a load of towels being careful not to exceed recomended load size after I had to repeatitly readjust the towels to balance the load I finally removed all but 4 towles 2 hrs later it was done. I expected this washer to be able to handle a simple load of towels since one of the settings is "Heavy-duty". The tub size is large however what good is a large capacity if you can only wash small to medium sized loads. Not feeling comfortable using the "bedding cycle" because of the issues I've had with the towels. In addition a option to add water to tub prior to laundry soap would be a plus instead of having to close the lid and then "pause" & reopen to add laundry.

Hello, 6cookies! Thank you for your feedback. If you are premixing the detergent for a few minutes prior to adding the laundry, it could be causing the load to be off balance. The reason being is the washer senses the weight of the load in the first few minutes. If there is nothing inside but detergent, the minimum amount of water will be added. Please add detergent and the laundry before starting the cycle. For best results, the load should not go above the upper row of holes in the wash tub. Becomes unbalanced too easily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was included in my new home purchase. Would not purchase it again. Gets out of balance to easily and stops itself. Takes a long time to wash clothes. Not up to par with the known quality of their other appliances.

Driving us crazy

This washer came with the house and it was new. 3 washes in its already driving Us crazy. It stops at the middle and it gets stuck. It does not proceed to washing the clothes. I am disappointed with this washer.. no wonder it came with the house
