Loud Loud LOUD

Got the washer and dryer as a "New Home Package". Would rather wash my clothes by hand then listen to this thing!!! My poor dog runs and hides when I turn it on. Sounds like its going to come through the wall. Spend a little more and DO NOT BUY THIS!!

Never worked

I purchased this washer from, and had it installed by, an appliance dealer. It never worked. Appliance dealer returned and found it needed a new control board. Apparently these are not stovcked locally because it is a new product. we are still waiting, and have an expensiv ewasher which never worked.

Maintenance in Months

I only do a maximum of 3 loads of laundry a week and didn't need anything high tech, so I went with this simple design. Within 3 months of owning the machine, the pump disconnected from the motor and stopped draining water. Luckily the warranty covered the cost, but the company they had fix it had very limited hours. The whole situation was an unnecessary frustration.

Not happy at all with product . The first washer I git was returned it didn't work at all. When they Brough the second one it was so loud that I have had repairman work on it twice and still hasn't been corrected. Very unhappy with my purchase;

Horrible washer!

I absolutely HATE this washer!! This set came with new house purchase. I wish we had kept our old washer and dryer. This washer is incredibly LOUD!!! It shakes violently and has leaked all over the floor. We have had it looked at twice and they say nothing is wrong with it. They also say it's not counterweighted which is why it's so loud but we can't change that. I have tried different sizes of loads but nothing helps. Now I'm stuck with this horrible washer. Do NOT get this washer you will regret it!!

not user friendly ,you wont be able to adjust the water level yourself, it wont spin all the time .i have to keep resetting it to make it work. very very slow between loads

Hate this machine

We bought this machine for a weekend home and primarily use it to launder sheets and towels. It is TOO SLOW! A load of sheets (one queen bed and one top sheet) on the "normal" cycle takes 1 hour 20 minutes to wash. You cannot adjust the water level or select how long you want to wash a load. I am looking for a replacement.

With your new efficiency washer it starts off “sensing” what type of load you are washing. Based on the information you stated; it appears not enough items are in the washer to determine a proper cycle time.
