Having second thoughts
on August 10, 2015

Have only had this a few months. It runs louder than most other washers I have had. When it washes the clothes, it seem to come out clean. I have had issues with it being sensitive to the type of loads you but in it. Doesn't like small loads of towels, easily gets out of balance. It will shut down on a load and I am still trying to figure out how to reset it.

I have had it about a month was part of my home purchase, it cleans the clothes fine, the loads are smaller than I am use to with my prior washer and dryer. Wish it had a quick wash feature and was a little quieter because it is off my kitchen. It is sufficient for one or two peoples wash but miss my oversize ones with larger capacity.

Overall a good machine.

We purchased this washer with our new home. We like the fact that it spins the clothes almost dry. However, we have had some issues with the machine with the machine lock mechanism. When washing, if the load becomes unbalanced, the pause button, which typically unlocks the lid, will not work and the entire cycle has to be canceled and restarted.

Hi, rwoodall! Congrats, on your new home and welcome to our Frigidaire family! Thank you for purchasing our Frigidaire Top Load Washer for your new home. We recommend unplugging the washer to reset washer back to factory settings to resolve your locking mechanism issue. If this proves to be ineffective, please contact us directly.-Kindest Regards

Inside drum moving around
on October 18, 2015

I've had my washing machine a month now and it washes ok...you cannot determine the water level but I guess that's an energy saver.
I need to know if the inside drum is supposed to move around. I reached in the washer to pull out my clothing and the inside moved..if it is supposed to what is the purpose of the moving.
I would recommend the product for someone who doesn't wash often or have a huge family because it takes a while between loads. I am used to loads completing faster.

Disappointed!

Purchased a washer and dryer 6 months ago. Both have worked great until 2 weeks ago the washer has started acting up! The final spin cycle doesn't work well and the clothes are extremely wet. Also, the "sensing" light is blinking non-stop and there is a constant beeping sound. Very disappointed!

Hi, lola64! Thank you for your time and comments concerning your Frigidaire Top Load Washer. I recommend checking your drain hose. If your drain hose has a kink, it may be the reason your clothes are still wet after the spin cycle. Please contact us directly, if your washer continues to leave your clothes wet after the spin cycle. Thank you again, for choosing Frigidaire. –Kindest Regards, Derrick.

The washer is a replacement for a similar washer. So far, everything is working fine, however, we feel that the wash cycle is too long.
