[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It came with the new house we bought, as everyone here mentioned, it stops in the middle of cycle, cloths get stuck underneath the agitator, shakes so much even with small load that is spread across evenly, there is no way to get rid of the water while cloths are stuck inside, i had this problem for several months but I haven't called the customer service yet, mechanism of this product is not well designed, or they would not have so many customers complaining of the same issue, From what i understand the customer service is great, I am counting on it, because, I hate to be the one who end up having no uniform for work. Please take this off the market, or might as well sell a repair man with this product. But that don't stop the hardship we have to go through until the person fix the problem.

Yikes, Jagan! I hate to hear that you are having so much trouble with your washer. Please make sure the foam shipping restraint was removed from the wash tub and the foam shipping support was removed from beneath the tub inside the cabinet. If these were not removed, it would explain the excessive vibration. Also, please make sure the agitator has not come loose, allowing articles of clothing to get stuck beneath. Worst washer I've ever had.

We purchased a nice, new, upper end home and paid extra to have all new appliances installed before we closed. Within the first 2 months we had problems with our washer and have had 4 repair visits so far and we have only had it 10 months. This unit is exceptionally loud, has a water sensor that goes and then it won't fill with water, it bounces around a lot which I think could cause some of the problems. The repair man has checked installation and made sure it's level. We certainly don't want to start needing to pay for the continued service calls in 2 months when the warranty ends.

worse machines ever, the washer

This machine wash cycle runs for over an hour, unlike normal wash cycles of 30 mins or 45 mins. Since we bought this machine our water bill has jumped from $75 per month to $125.00 per month. We are desperately trying to replace this unit immediately.

Large Machine!

Do not purchase this machine.

I purchased washer/dryer set..for it was not cheap. Washing machine makes so much noise, that its aggravating. Sounds like its balancing itself through out cycle, light ringing noise (barley hear), and you can hear many more sounds. So i troubleshoot problem, to see many people with same problem..and no fix for problem. Always purchased/recommend frigidaire products..but after this experience and seeing how they are handling this problem...never again. I dont have the money to put out to fix this problem. A problem i should not be having.

Hmmmmm?

Bought the no frills top load Frigidaire.
Installers tested all modes before leaving and even they were surprised how noisy it was in cycles.especially spin. Disappointed?,yeah!
All we have are Frigidaire products, but right out of the box.
