Great Machine

We got this washing machine with our new home. The interior is deep so you can fit plenty of sheets at the same time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer was part of the incentives for my new home. It's been working great so far, clothes washing cleanly and will let you know if out of balance. Only reason no 5th star is because I prefer front loader instead of top.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This washer came with my home and I absolutely hate it It takes 2 hours to wash clothes and it doesn't do a great good with bedding If I had it to do over again and knew this I would had told them to put different washer in my home

Columbie, my research found three possible causes for cycle time increasing; water pressure is low (water pressure must be at least 10 psi (69 kPa), if there is oversudsing occurring (Use a low-sudsing, high efficiency detergent to prevent oversudsing), or the load has become unbalanced. Well designed and great features

I have it since January 2018 and we are happy with the product. We used three times per week and sometimes more. It is very quite while in Service

We pursued this washer in December 2015. It has worked probably since we brought this washer. We can never keep it balance. Sometimes the water runs forever. I spins when it wants to spin. Most days I have to hand ring the clothes. You don't deserve one star. So I am getting rid of this problem and purchasing a new washer. I still paying for this one. It will not be a Frigidaire

Too complicated

I washed a comforter and the machine didn't put enough water too clean and i washed another that still had washing powder on it when it was through.

I bought this 06/2015 am very disappointed. It cannot handle a full load...sheets, towels etc...it thumps & I have to take out the heavy wet clothes & redistribute them..sometimes more than once in a single washing..I need to wash dog beds, blankets, pillows, comforters..& I cannot...very frustrating!! My store says I'm stuck with it..

Hey Linda06! For best washing performance, your dry load level should not be higher than the upper row of holes in your wash tub. I would also suggest combining large and small items in a load.
