Terrible

Just bought this house and the washer is included which were the standard from the home builder. Just like other reviews takes forever for one load to wash. Can’t stop and restart it Without restarting the entire wash. Super loud. Feels like it’s gonna fall apart. Would not recommend and are already looking at purchasing a new unit.

Jen323, I am dismayed to hear you are not happy with your washing machine. To add a forgotten item to the wash tub, press the pause button to pause the cycle. You will hear two beeps. Lift the lid and add the item. Close the lid and press START again, continuing the current cycle (page six in your Owner’s Manual). You can also use the pause button to change water temperature. The total estimated cycle time for a normal load is 60-90 minutes, casual is 40-60 minutes. You will find the sounds your washer may exhibit on page 13 in your Owner’s Manual. Long cycle times and lots of vibration

This machine came with our brand new home as part of an appliance package from the builder. It's been 5 months and we just purchased a new machine to replace it.
The washer cycle time is insanely long. We can do just three loads of laundry over an entire Saturday. That's really inefficient. The washer also vibrates too much and causes the load to fail. Washing a duvet cover or a blanket is virtually impossible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Value, long life

I purchased this washer 15 years ago brand new for $100. Best Value! Last 15 years, no repairs ever needed, even after being submerged in 1.5 feet of water after a hurricane.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst washer I’ve ever used.

This came with our new home, and from the beginning, we wish we had just opted to buy our own outright. This washer takes forrreeeever to was a single load, no matter how large or small. When it gets out of balance, you have to manually stop the whole cycle to readjust clothing in the bin, only to have
to start the cycle all over again. There have been countless times that it wouldn’t even open (has a lock feature that won’t let you open the top while mid-cycle, even if it’s out of balance and completely stopped). I’ve had to completely unplug the whole thing, just to be able to finish a load that’s been stopped. I’ll never buy one of these again.

3 years old already broke

This came with our new home and have not been happy since day one. First issue was it was eating our sheets. So I have lost a pair of king sheets. Now the washer won’t spin and I have a feeling it’s gonna cost me as much as it was new to fix. I wouldn’t recommend this. We use a front load washer at my fire station and it gets used DAILY by us firefighters and never had an issue like this it the same amount of time. So if your home builder offers you an appliance and it’s this one, take the money instead.

This washer and dryer combo came with our house as well! And from day 1 we have had nothing but trouble! It eats all of our sheets, but the worst part is how it constantly beeps or does not finish cycles! It constantly leaves our clothes on the drain cycle and we have to air dry them outside! The beeping comes and goes on days but when it comes it never stops beeping. Or during a cycle it will start to beep them not finish the load! And this is not even with a full load this is with all size loads! We have gone through H E double hockey stick trying everything to get this thing working right! It would more than likely be cheaper to buy a new one then fix this one and even if the beeping was fixed the constant pulling clothes out of the bottom and sheets is not worth it

I have nothing nice to say about this machine. This machine is of a very poor design and has a very loud vibrating sound that wakes me if I am sleeping or, in order to hear the tv I have to turn it up while machine is running.
