Poorly designed

We bought this washer and could only use it a couple times. The bleach tray fills up completely with water after every use so the entire detergent dispenser must be completely removed and dumped out after every use. Also, there is no drainage in the door gasket and it fills with a 1/2 c to 1 c of water every cycle. The salesman told us that we just have to leave the door open a crack to dry out any water residue, but airdrying won't dry up that much water. We've had to use a towel to soak up the rest of the water after every use. Also, the gasket sucks up socks like a vacuum. I've had to rescue several every single load. What a giant pain! We exchanged it after a week.

I have had this washing machine for about 8 months now and it's awesome! The only thing I don't like about it is sometimes it randomly just skips a cycle and turns off...
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this washer about two months ago and I love it! Works like a dream, very quiet and best of all, clothes are hardly even wet, even after the wash cycle.

It's a large capacity. I don't have to do laundry as often. I've had it about 4 months and have been pleased so far. it keeps tumbling a few minutes when the cycle is over so that clothes don't wrinkle if you can't get to it immediately. I like that.
