2nd washer works great!

I've had this machine about 5 years. The first one had problems with the door not closing properly. Replaced with same model. Does a super job of cleaning clothes. ONLY problem is with the rubber gasket. IT STINKS!! I always leave the door fully open after each load. Use the wash cycle at least once a month with only bleach and vinegar but unable to remove smell. The gasket doesn't get the treatment due to the fact that the water does not go to the sides and top. Just be aware!

Clothes come out dry-no water/too little. Shakes so bad put holes in new floor

I bought this washer and it is useless. The clothes come out dry. It doesnt put out enough water to even wash the clothes. I have tried washingl loads on the bulky setting and they still come out dry. Would give this product a zero if it were possible to do so.

With the way front load washers were designed for the wash cycle to use less water to be the most energy efficient. These washers also have high spin speed to extract more moisture from wet loads, which means you can cut down on drying time. Hope this helps ease your mind! Kindly,

bought this 3 months ago and i regret it it is the noisiest washer i have ever had it sounds like a jet plane is taking off in my laundry

Disappointment

We've had our washer and dryer for less than two months. From the start there have been problems. The brand new washer's hot water valve wouldn't close and hot water continued to flow until I turned the faucet off. A repairman didn't make an appearance for several weeks and then didn't have the correct part to fix it. Three weeks later he returned and finally got it working. Now the dryer won't start, so here we go again. Wish us luck!

A recently purchased a washer and dryer and have been exceptionally pleased with the functionality and ease of use of this new equipment. It's made my laundry experience absolutely enjoyable.

Door latch

We bought this in August of 2015. It is January of 2016 and the door latch has already broken. Parts take 5-7 days to arrive from Frigidaire. Off to the laundrymat for a week. Sigh.

THIS IS THE WORST WASHING MACHINE EVER. I ONLY HAD IT FOR 4 MONTHS AND IT STOPPED WORKING AND IT WONT DRAIN THE WATER OR RUN AT ALL. DONT BUY
