Washes great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is high powered and washes great! The only issue is that the machine door and inside ring stay wet after the cycle is complete which makes me concerned about possibly growing mold. With extra care and maintaince I think it should be fine. The machine has many features and options which make it a great choice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Maggs4, thank you for choosing Frigidaire for your appliance needs. Front-loading washing machines have watertight, airtight doors that seal with a rubber gasket. That rubber seal traps moisture in the machine and also provides the perfect nooks and crannies for mold and mildew to grow. The problem isn’t helped by our laundry preferences. Our detergents and liquid softeners leave behind residues and films that invite mold growth. Cold-water cycles and mild, eco-friendly detergents don’t quite blast away residues like their environmentally-unfriendly counterparts. 10 yrs not a problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 10 yrs not a problem . Eats a sock every 3 or 4 yrs but I have a great wife who goes to utube and fix’s it . No parts or factory service yet . It will be on my repeat list

The only complaint I have is that some socks gets caught in the rubber area of the door and water does not drain out very easily either.
