Soap tray dispenser does not work properly.

The soap tray does not drain the liquid bleach or the fabric softener containers. The liquid is supposed to be siphoned out. A service man came out and ordered new parts. It still does not totally drain. We have to suck the water out by hand if we want to use that portion of the soap tray. Otherwise the washer is OK.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After using this washer for almost 5 months I can give it a 5-STAR rating!
1. Great design!
2. Extremely efficient!
3. Complete choice of settings!
4. Cuts down on dryer time!
5. Saves electricity and water!

My washer occasionally leaks. I don't know if I am doing something wrong or if the washer is defective. I am still trying to figure it out.

We hired a professional to furnish and decorate our beach house and to but the appliances. She called with some prices on full-size stacking washers and dryers. I rejected the highest priced and went for what I thought would be simply adequate. But this dryer is much better than that. It does everything well and looks good too.
I would recommend this to a friend!
