No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was not happy 3 days into our new house did 2 loads of laundry. A water valve stuck open and flooded my house. Left door open so doesn't mildew and wake up to a flood.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am sad that your washer needed service for the inlet water valve, however, I am glad the matter was attended to under your warranty coverage. Leaving the door open with the vent latch feature is recommended to prevent mildew (page 12 in your Owner’s Manual). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having bought the unit in May of 2017...it is now July 2017, and the door lock has malfunctioned. Until this the machine worked great and quiet too. But now let us hope that the warranty service stands up and gets thr family and I back up and running. Clean garmets are becoming scarce....
