Smartest Machine ever!

It works smarter than even my previous Frigidaire which I used for many years. I'm also impressed by it's capacity. As a result I wash fewer loads per week.With very little HE detergent( not more than 3 table spoon fulls) my new Frigidaire gets a full & heavy load of dirty laundry squeaky clean and spins them almost dry!!! This machine is highly energy efficient. Has so many features- unbelievable!
It is also very quiet during wash & spin cycle and time to complete a heavy loads is 50 minutes!
You can add clothes by clicking on pause button & if you wish you may also use the "spin only" cylce for additional drying if needed.
Look no further folks! If you need an affordable & efficient machine, get the Frigidaire FFFW5000QW!!! This machine is a keeper.

It's drying my clothes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got it from a not so successful online company but once I got it the delivery was smooth. I like the dryer. It is doing the job. The last dryer I had lasted over 12 years so I was pretty happy with my last product by Frigidaire. This one has more digital and buttons rather than knobs so we will see how this goes. I am satisfied with this product so far. A Happy laundry mother of 3.

Timer is way off.

I love all the different setting but I don't like the timer saying one minute is left but it's really about 4 to 6 minutes left. It depends on the wash setting you used.
What the point of a timer if if not even close to the correct time?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old frigidaire lasted about 8 years. I love this new one. Much more quiet, and efficient. Please don't change the size for my next one but hopefully this one lasts till I don't need a washer anymore lol

Poor unit

Had the unit three years with three required service calls. Unit will no longer function properly during final rinse.

Thank you for sharing your front load washer experience with us, Edgarto. I am sorry to hear your washer is not performing well in the final rinse. Is it not spinning or draining? If so, there are several possibilities that can impact the washer’s ability to spin and drain.
•Overuse of detergent can result in oversudsing restricting the tub from turning properly and that will not spin out- please perform a clean washer cycle (page 18 in your Owner’s Manual). Only use HE (high efficiency) detergent in the portions recommended.
•The drain hose can be either too long or there may be a restriction (you will hear a humming) - please check the drain hose and remove any restrictions
•E21 error code – water is not pumping out fast enough
•Defective drain pump or timer
The last two possibilities would require service. You can find a Frigidaire authorized service provider on Frigidaire.com under owner support. If these don’t apply, or you have any questions, please reconnect with us directly by calling our Customer Engagement Center at 877-435-3287. The hours for the Customer Engagement Center are 8am to 8pm Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9am to 6pm EST. Your friendly Frigidaire lady, Ruth

Very disappointed

We have had our washer about 6 yrs. loved it at first followed the instructions to leave the door open after washing and still there is mold all inside the seal on the door. I have tried everything to get rid of it nothing works. Really can't afford to buy a new washer right now so I just add lots of smelly stuff to each load.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
