Function issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned this frigidaire upright washer for about 4 months. I had a problem with it making a banging noise. I called customer service and a service repairman was sent out and found that the board in the electronics was bad so he replaced it and the machine has been able to rebalance itself without a banging issue any more

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the washer for a month the whole family has no trouble using it. very clear control panel, quiet operation through all but the heaviest loads. Has excellent cleaning capability in cold water. Saves on our gas and electric bill.
