worst purchase ever

I have had this machine for 2 years at our summer cottage so has only been used approximately 6 months and it no longer work. stops mid cycle. complete junk. frigidaire says their washers should last 10 years. Cant get anyone on the phone. Maddening

Do not like the dispenser drawer which does not drain completely. Leads to undesirable odors.

Needed Warranty Twice

I bought my front loading Frigidaire in February of 2015 and had to use the warranty twice. The door wouldn't engage. Technician told me that the locking mechanism was the wrong part #. Had to be replaced twice.
It is working properly now.

Poorly designed

We bought this washer and could only use it a couple times. The bleach tray fills up completely with water after every use so the entire detergent dispenser must be completely removed and dumped out after every use. Also, there is no drainage in the door gasket and it fills with a 1/2 c to 1 c of water every cycle. The salesman told us that we just have to leave the door open a crack to dry out any water residue, but airdrying won't dry up that much water. We've had to use a towel to soak up the rest of the water after every use. Also, the gasket sucks up socks like a vacuum. I've had to rescue several every single load. What a giant pain! We exchanged it after a week.

It's just ok

I've had the washer and dryer for a few years. Once it's started in about 5min. it starts beeping and an error of E10 pops up. This happens every few minutes. It took a long time to finish the laundry. I'm so sick of this washer. The bleach/softener tray collects with water and stays there.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have found this machine a bit difficult to operate on several occasions but it does do the job & seems pretty quiet.
I would recommend this to a friend!
