Love how quiet the machine is

I got my new machine in Jan and I have been so happy since. The machine has very many great features and is very quiet. I love my new machine.

High quality, easy machine

Our builder built this washer into our laundry room so we did not get to choose it. We were worried that it wouldn't be as big or nice as the new popular top loading machines. BUT it works great. It fits a big load and washes the clothes well. Sometimes the spin cycle gets loud.

Quiet and efficient

I've seen a measurable reduction in my electric bills with this new washer/dryer. Somewhat disappointed in the flimsiness of the detergent/bleach drawer; it feels cheap and rickety. The controls are complex but fairly easy to use.

Already had my first service call

I only bought this washer because I have the matching dryer. My previous one was only three years old!! I do not like this product!

Decent dryer

We have an older home, with a shallow laundry closet. This was the only dryer (regardless of price of features) that was shallow enough to fit into the 29" deep area. Luckily it has been working fine for the past 2 months. We do worry that it will eventually have the same issue as the dryer we replaced (and older version of the same dryer) and overheat after one load. But right now, it's drying our clothes with no issues!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
