Not Happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the washer and dryer this with our new home. The washerleaked within the first week. Then within week 2 the door latch broke. We have been waiting for the part to come in and it has been unusable for about 3 weeks. Very frustrating seeing how we paid $1500 for the set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great size for our space.

It is very quiet when it runs and completes a normal size load faster than my old machine. The clothes spin really dry, but sometimes a sock will get stuck against the drum. I wish the chime that says it's done was a little louder. The other thing I don't like is the water that collects in the bottom of the soap drawer. It needs to be emptied offen.
