Moldy washer...works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this washer and I bought the dryer as well. I was sold on the Energy Efficiency and the low water usage. I use eco-friendly products and my laundry comes out nice and clean. The only problem is if you leave the clothes in the washer for more than 10 minutes past the time the cycle ends you're going to have a mold and mildew smell to it. And if you leave a load overnight till the morning forget it it will have mold stains. I've tried washing machine cleaner scrubbing the machine scrubbing all the rubber that's closes the door and I get Grime out just every time I clean it which is about daily. If I had to do it over again I would get a top loader it's not worth trouble.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simple yet effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with the washing machine. We replaced a 10 year plus old Frigidaire with this new one. The older machine was very good until near the end of its life cycle. Our new machine is very simple to use and similar enough to our old washing machine that our learning curve was short and simple. No problems with any type of cleaning that we have. This is a stackable washing machine and because it is a slightly larger machine than the old one we have to get a new stacking kit for it. The only negative, so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!
