[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer to replace an older model. It takes a little getting used to with the different settings, but I do like the larger capacity. The only fault I find is that it likes to hide socks in the door gasket. Once I figured out what was going on, I always know where to look if something small is 'missing'.
Read reviews. See the two complaints: louder than expected and damp clothes. So many cannot be wrong. It does not matter what a rep says. The dryer is a bust. I would put it to the curb if I could. The only thing to make me happy is to get a refund. Sorry but the dryer simply is a bust.

Oh no! Belcita, I regret to hear of your dissatisfaction in your dryer. Drying time varies depending on size, dampness of load, and fabric type. If the load is too small or almost dry, the moisture sensing bars may not detect enough moisture to continue the cycle and the cycle may end too soon. If this occurs, select a timed dry cycle. Room temperature and humidity, type of installation, and electrical voltage can also affect drying time. The lint filter may be clogged with lint, or a waxy build-up may form (which restricts air flow) from using dryer-added fabric softener sheets (page 13 in your Owner’s Manual). You can gently clean your lint screen and moisture sensing bars with mild dish detergent, rinse, and let air dry. The outside exhaust hood or exhaust duct may be clogged, restricted, or has collapsed. The exhaust duct must be at least 4 inches in diameter and make of rigid or semi-rigid metal. An excessive amount of lint build-up in these areas could result in inefficient drying and possible fire. Please review the ducting limitation and standards found in the installation instructions. This washer and dryer set came with our new home purchase. The washer ate my wife's clothes due to a design issue with the drum. The dryer went out within the first month (motor). I would never recommend these products to anyone.

Yikes! Ckeown58, I regret any frustration and inconvenience this may have brought to you and your family. Although we place a great deal of emphasis on quality control, there are occasions when even the best products may malfunction. I reached out to Electrolux Branded Service (855-224-4987), and they stated as soon as you have received the part, to contact them to schedule the installation appointment. I have confidence that they will be able to resolve the matter in as timely fashion as possible. Thank you for your patience. Your friendly Frigidaire lady, Ruth
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm extremely pleased with the washer and dryer set I purchased. Love the pedestals for storage of cleaners, detergents, softener, etc. My clothes come out great and I have plenty of was setting options. I am sure this washer and dryer set will last for years to come. Great buy.
