Love the new features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced our 17 year old Frigidaire washer with the new model which is under our new gas dryer. Both fit perfectly under a cabinet above. Most new dryers and washers are much taller, so we were fortunate not to have to remove the existing cabinet. I love the new features, the larger door, the time shown to complete the cycle, and the ability to make personal selections for each load. It's made doing our laundry much easier.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst Ever!

I've owned this machine 4-1/2 years now and I'm not sure why I've waited so long to review. I've spent at least 1/2 the original cost of this machine to keep it running for this long! Seriously tired of spending my time and energy to get this thing fixed, let alone the money. Stay away from this brand at all costs!

Horrible

2nd one in 8 years with only two person household. Electronics went out in first one and now the rear bearing. Mildews bad, going back to top loaders

Got it to replace one we bought two years earlier that went bad on us so we had to get it replaced. So fair it is working okay have had a little water leak from under the machine had a tech come out to try and fix it the problem comes and goes. Def reccomend get the extra warrenty.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hmmm...failed after 2 months

I had read about other customers having the same issue but did not want to believe it and went ahead of the purchase. Now, less than 2 months and with very little use, the dryer completely stopped working. Yes, I will call Customer Service and, sure, they will fix it but the hassle after only a few weeks is not a good sign

We didn't have much of a choice with choosing our washer and dryer, due to the size limitations. I wish another company had made the height we needed. Your product fills with water that had to be emptied everyday, and spills all over the floor!!! I've NEVER had a machine do this and even old ones. The machines are also LOUD.... I suggest going back to the drawing board with both of your products!!!!
