I bought this a month ago and am happy with it overall. I was mildly disappointed that the quick settings for cook time don't exist except for the 30 second button. By that I mean you can't hit the 4 and get 4 minutes, you have to hit 30 seconds 8 times. Also not thrilled with the sound it makes when it finishes cooking. Other than these minor issues I like it alot.

I bought this a month ago. It was very easy to install, good instruction came with it. My wife and I like the looks, and it works very good, but have just started using it.

Had to replace our whirlpool microwave in less than 3 years

We purchased our new home in October 2010. The microwave stopped working in July 2013. We replaced with another Whirlpool microwave so it would match the rest of our appliances (doesn't quite match because the handle is a different design). Very disappointed with original microwave and hope the new one lasts a lot longer.
