[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is the 2nd Maytag/Whirlpool microwave we have had , 1st lasted 7 yrs, 2nd 3 yrs, 3rd had to have serviced after 5 months

Great Multipurpose Oven

My only complaint is the lack of control over the chime volume or ability to change the audible ques. This is not a complaint that about this oven only, but in general most microwaves ovens do not offer any type of volume control or tone change.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great except for popcorn

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave works as good as you look expect a great Michael leave to work. My only complaint is the sensor for the popcorn. If you leave it to the sensor to cook the popcorn it will burn. You have to listen to the popcorn and stop it before the sensor stops it or the popcorn starts to burn.

Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used it for over 2 months and love it. Cooks faster than my old one! Many great features I have easily gotten use to - thawing, cooking veggies, potatoes, add 30 seconds, steam cooking etc. When turning off turntable doesn't seem to cook evenly is my only complaint. The sound when done is quiet but I have gotten use to it and always hear it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Poor Quality

Three weeks after purchasing this microwave it quit working. Repairman replaced the magnetron and it worked for two more weeks before it quit. Repair people returned three more times with various parts before I told them to take it out and replace it which they begrudgingly did. Replacement has been in for less than two weeks. Hope it lasts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We built a new home and have been in it 3 weeks. As I write this I am waiting for service since the microwave stopped working a few days ago, needless to say we are not very happy. Oh and let me point out I have already had service on the dishwasher...3 weeks old!
