missing expected feaures

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Turntable bearing system constantly dislodges from it's proper place.Keypad operation does not include a 1 push timed heat, eg push 1 to get 1 minutes, push 3 to get 3 minutes. I've not seen a modern Uwave that didn't have this feature. We just assumed it would be there. I real time sink.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This replaced another OTR microwave. Heats meals up quickly. Bigger inside, that I don't have to turn the turntable off with dishes I had to do before.

Best microwave we have ever used !

We decided to upgrade to this microwave due to the features...really like the sensor, steamer & melt features. Very easy to use & no bad results on anything.

Bought this to replace an older microwave that had failed. It was easy to install (I am a contractor). The operation is easy and is very quiet. More than happy with our purchase.
