The microwave has performed well. However, we had one incident that had evidence of arcing. There is a burn mark on the side of the microwave. There was no substance inside to cause this action.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very happy with our new microwave oven.

I have been without a microwave for nearly two years before I was able to buy this new Whirlpool microwave oven. It has many new features that I really can appreciate. It's fast, efficient, and has saved me some money over the past month.

I hope this microwave last longer than the other one. I'm a little disappointed in Maytag microwave not lasting longer.
