We haven't used the device a lot and still figuring out all the features. But we are very happy with it. The only thing is we wish there was a way to dim the clock light on it. It is very bright and can use it as a night light for the kitchen.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought and installed this microwave to replace a failed 20 year old Kenmore (Whirlpool made).It has more control features and a removable rack for multiple dishes.

What a gem

I had an old GE from the 70's that still worked but heating would be uneven, when I bought this microwave I felt I jumped into a whole new century. I love the sensing and steaming capabilities I eat a whole lot of fresh food and to be able to steam rice so quickly is great.
