[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave came with my new house I bought only about two and a half months ago. I have never owned a mounted/over the stove type of microwave, so I thought it was pretty nifty to have this one. The microwave stopped working after two and a half months of maybe zero to two uses per day, it would turn on for two seconds, make a clicking nouse and shut itself off. I had to request a service technician to fix this microwave due to a component failure that the service technician didn't really know how or why this component fried or melted. So I'm a little skeptical now of the future of this microwave, but I'll be happy when it is fixed and I can use it again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having our previous microwave for over 10 years, I expected it would take some time to figure out the new controls and features. So far we have been pleasently surprised how intuitive it is to use. Also we are quickly learning how to use the automatic sensor for things like popcorn. It is taller and deeper than the old one, but my concern it would interfere with the cooking surface below it were unfounded.
