[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few months ago. Numeric pad is all scratched up from using a paper towel, ( Bounty). Another time, The board went dead, no lights for about 30 minutes. Thought we were going to have service but the board came back on again thankfully. Hopefully if it does again it will still be under warranty! We sure enjoyed our old Whirlpool microwave for 13 years.

Looks Great, Sensor Cooking not great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this hope to upgrade from my 2007 Frigidaire Gallery and wanted a newer unit so it would last longer. Got the newer unit, but it has way less sensor cooking settings and the sensor do not work as good as the old unit, so I only run using timed cooking. Should have just bought a less features less expensive unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Microwave

I didn't want to go smaller or with less features than I had previously, but that was harder to find than you'd think.... I like the sensor cooking, the capacity is great, it looks great, it cooks great - absolutely no complaints..
