Greatest popcorn maker ever?

The sensor technology works! Frozen food and defrosting work as advertised. The popcorn setting leaves very few grannies, maybe ten. I check frozen entres with a thermometer and it makes 165 degrees every time. This using the automated frozen food setting. I make oatmeal every other morning and any overflow is easily cleaned by removing the turntable glass. Exploding Canadian bacon wipes off surfaces easily. The beverage setting is spot on for a mug of coffee. There are features that I still need to explore. The finish sound is different, but not objectionable. The light under could be brighter. I like the multiple settings for fan and light.I am concerned about the interlock pegs being substantial enough for long life. However compared to other units this is built like a brick. The door is solid and has a locke in feeling. The handle gives a solid feel. I feel that I received great value for purchase price.

Great Microwave. The finish of the the Black Ice however could be better. It scratches very easily and there is no way to avoid it. When you wipe it down be sure to use a very soft microfiber (which still leaves scratches and swirl marks).

Product was delivered timely and installation was easy and went well. The features are all we could want and ease of use in learning how they funtion was terrific.

The main reason I use a microwave, as I believe most folks do also, is for heating up items. It is extremely slow even on full power. My previous microwave that was much older was much more powerful.I would not purchase this microwave again due to this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our first over the range microwave. Nice to have out of the way. Easy to reach, easy to clean. Love the small song when microwave done. Much less annoying then beeping. Also great that when done, if you do not remove right away, it will remind you nicely.Recommend this microwave highly
