It looks good and was easy to install in existing spot where the old one was. Easy to follow directions.

Very nice microwave. My only complaint is that the timer chime volume is way too low making it very hard to hear when the food is done or the timer has timed out.

Great stainless look, inside and outEasy to keep cleanNice variety of pre-set cooking options - easy to figure out!Like the removable rack and also the stop turntable option.

Good but not the best

I had to purchase this because my previous Whirlpool microwave died after just three plus years of use. I decided to stick with Whirlpool because the installation would have been easy because of the previous product (plug and play). The new one works fine but it doesn't seem to heat as well as the previous one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great little microwave for everyday use. It is inexpensive and easy to clean. THe microwave is quiet when in use but signal is loud enough to get your attention when cycle is finished.

This has been a great microwave so far. There was not a huge learning curve, and you didn't feel like you had to read the owner's manual for the space shuttle before you cooked something. It cooks evenly, and looks great. We have been very long term Whirlpool appliance fans and love the reliability.Suggested improvements - maybe an LED light bulb for the light on the bottom of the unit that illuminates the range. The current light gets very hot if left on for quite some time. Also, I would like for it to have a capacitor that would hold the time a little longer after a power outage, as we find ourselves resetting the time & settings with frequent power outages. Other than that, we love it!
