This microwave/oven hood has been great. I've used it for 7 months and have had no problems. I was skeptical of the sensing feature at first but it works very well. Cleaning the interior is a breeze with the easy clean finish. The non-stainless handle helps with cleaning also. There are features on this microwave that I will probably never use - so it's nicely equipped for the price!

We bought this microwave on a whim while shopping for a washer and dryer. It was marked down due to it being previously bought and returned opened by another customer, and the price was just good enough to take a chance. We were remodeling our kitchen, and it wouldn't be used immediately, but we were so excited to get a great deal on a microwave that had no damage and was just returned by a customer who decided to go with another color. We actually wanted white, and this one was stainless. Now that our remodel is complete enough to actually install the microwave, we are thrilled that we got the stainless finish, even though our stove is white! It actually looks great together, and we've had tons of compliments on it already! We love that it has the assorted "quick touch" cycles that we love, such as soften, defrost, beverage, dinner plate, popcorn, and more...they are all so easy to use--you just read the blue lighted words that come up on the screen that explain the how to use that particular cycle. I really am impressed because even I can figure out things for once with modern technology that most microwaves never made so easy! I also love the ease of cleaning the interior and exterior of this microwave. The size is perfect for almost any dish, and there is a rack if you need to cook things together. The front panel area is smooth and very easy to clean, as is window area. You can easily see into the microwave as it is cooking, which is a great feature. The turntable can be turned off so that you can use large rectangular dishes or other dishes that didn't always fit right with a turntable! Add to this the fan, which really pulls out the extra moisture and "smellier" type foods, i.e. broccoli, fish, etc...and has a speed for everything...even a super low speed, just to draw air throughout the house when it's stuffy. The light is another great feature, with a low and normal setting, and lights up our cook top just the perfect amount. The only negative here is that we have already gone through 2 bulbs (for the cooktop light under the microwave) in just 4 months, which we are a little concerned about. We will keep an eye on this. With all of the great features on this microwave, we are not about to complain justbecause of a couple of bulbs! By far our favorite microwave ever!

The microwave is very simple and intuitive to use. The CleanRelease inner surface is easy to clean as advertised! The turn-table seems a little loose and clunky but has not had any issues to date. The boxy looking exterior takes some getting used to (and it is bigger than the unit it replaced) but overall the styling is clean and functional. The exhaust fan volume is a real plus. And the installation was very simple.

This was bought as a replacement. I like that the exhaust is on the top of the unit. The inside is easy to clean and does not hold on to odors like the old one we replaced. We use the preset buttons often.

We purchased our Whirlpool Microwave a few months ago and very happy with the appliance. It has excellent features, easy to understand and operate. Installation was a breeze. Instead of the normal dull buzzer at the end of the programmed cycle, it plays a neat little tune. We bought the unit on sale and the appliance has exceeded our expectations.
