works great, but after a few uses in a row it cuts out

Looks great, easy to use/clean. Weve had whirlpool in the past & loved it but this model is very loud & about every 3rd to 4th use doesn't work, when I put food in for 1-2 mins it should come out pretty hot but its as cold as when I 1st put it in. Ive never had a problem with any other microwaves in my life doing this. We had a technician out to check it & he said we were probably getting the cooling down cycle.....didn't seem right to me weve never had that with other brands or models.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love this microwave. It is beautiful and very easy to install. It is very simple to use. It has a large cooking area. The only thing i have to say that isn't positive is that it makes seeing the stove knobs difficult to see for a tall person.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have owned nothing but Whirlpool appliances for the last 40 years. Right now , washer, dryer, range, fridge and micro. Never had problems with any of them past or present. Why would I buy anything else?

I have had several microwaves and this one is far and away the BEST I have ever had. It is extremely easy to use, has great features that I have not had before, the sound it makes and the sound level are so refreshing (not that usual blaring whistle tone), the pre-programmed features work well and it is so easy to clean. It was well worth the price I paid! I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before purchasing this microwave. For once I can say that the great reviews that I read about a product were true. I highly recommend this microwave.
