Cooks amazing, ruined by terrible touch screen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven cooks food amazing. Unfortunately the touch screen is more of a hassle than a benefit. There are a number of problems with the touch screen:
- It is slow to respond. Just pushing the power button to turn the screen on takes it nearly 2 seconds.
- It takes multiple touch screen taps to do simple things. To just turn the oven on, you have to turn on the touch screen, choose upper/lower oven, then choose the oven mode, then choose the temp, then finally choose start. Since every one of those taps on the screen takes 2 or more seconds, it takes 20 seconds or more to just turn the oven on. An oven with physical buttons/dials would only take 2 seconds.
- The touch screen is often not responsive. I've had multiple times when attempting to use it and nothing happens when tapping the screen. It can take multiple taps before it responds. This is especially frustrating when setting the kitchen timer for something like 25 minutes. It misses the 2 and starts with the 5. Then you have to start all over again. As I described above, with every tap taking 2 or more seconds to respond, it takes forever to just set the kitchen timer.
Clearly the technology behind the screen is underpowered. For as much as this oven costs, why couldn't JennAir put a faster processor and a better touch screen? They decided to cheap out on such an important part of the oven, which ultimately ruins the joy of cooking with this oven.
Pros: Attractive Design
Cons: Hard To Use

Great except

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It came with a little hiccup that caused lights to come on at night & even the timer bell to go off one night. Called CS & they helped me get WI-FI connected & a firmware update downloaded. So far a whole week without the issue!

Double oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had nothing but issues with the oven light coming on. It will also make Melody noises every 10 mins until we turn the breaker off. We have had it serviced three times in the two years we have had it and nobody can fix the issues.
