Just had the oven installed within the last two weeks and I have only broiled two NY Strips. This oven cooks this item faster by 5 minutes than my previous convection oven. The cooking options/digital display are great. Seems to take a long time for the racks to cool down to the touch though. The "My Creations" recipe function is per oven. A better design would have it as a data base so either oven could access the stored recipe. As it stands you have to enter the recipe for the upper and lower oven. For as much as this oven costs they should include a broiling pan..........but so far so good

I have had the ovens for over two weeks now and am very happy with them! I am enjoying the features and have been really satisfied with results! It is fun to use! My only complaint is the timer sound is not very loud. I have increased it to the loudest setting, but you have to be in close proximity to hear.....

I love the fact that when I do marinated salmon in the oven grease doesn't flash all over in the oven. I do not eat meat; however, I do a lot of different things in the oven. One of my son's could not believe that his mozarella sticks didn't open up and having the cheese out as opposed to be in as it should be. He was so shocked that he thought that they weren't done. He goes ... How am I supposed to know that it's not done? I said, welcome to a superb oven son.

I purchased these ovens because of the sleek look and because they were replacing JennAir ovens and I knew they would fit the space. I love the sleek look and they match my other stainless appliances. I've never used a convection oven before but these make the process so much easier. The conversions from regular cooking are done for you.

Although my oven was ordered in August, it did not arrive until December, due to production issues. When it was installed, I was finally going to be able to cook again! It was worth waiting for, as it has the features that are important to me as a cook. They are: convection in both top and bottom ovens, both ovens are self-cleaning, the lighting is excellent in each cavity, and I have 2 roll-out drawers in each oven. The information panel is flat and digital, meaning no grease will get lodged behind a dial and be impossible to clean. The ovens are easy to use and so far seem true-to-temperature. The only thing I am NOT happy about, is that the bottom support for the oven is stainless steel, while the rest of the ovens are black.
