Good Toaster Overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toaster is very basic but gets the job done. The temperature control is good; in addition, if you feel you need to 'pop' the toast before the timer is up, there is a special button for that. I tried using bagels in it but it's a tad too small and the pieces got stuck. However, for a couple of slices of toast at a time, it is a good product.

This is my second time to purchase this toaster. We liked how fast it toasted. It started not toasting after a yr of owning it. So I went and bought another one. This one seems like a lot cheaper version. Plus it definitely is not toasting right. Part of the bread is cooked, part is not, and the other is burnt. Very unsatisfied with it. Tried to find an e-mail address to contact the company but could not.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Takes a ridiculous amount of time to toast your english muffins to get a golden brown crust. I had to turn it all the way up and drop it twice while pulling them out halfway through the 2nd drop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

50% faster to set off your fire alarms

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this toaster 3 weeks ago. At first I did not realize it was 50% faster, therefore I burnt the toast twice & set off my alarms in my NEW moved in apartment (great right? I'm sure they love me now). I realize the common sense I lost and toasted this on the lowest setting possible and yet it still set off my fire alarms. I tried this again today on the lowest setting after checking the entire toaster AGAIN to make sure nothing was in or around it and yet a 4th time for sure the fire alarms went off with the toast barely being toasted. I would not recommend this- the bacon I was cooking did not set off my alarms.
