Where do I find replacement lids?

Love this coffee maker, except the lid broke. Specifically, the thumb tab cracked, so you can't pour a cup anymore. Because of that, the carafe won't pour unless you remove the lid, because the plunger can't be lifted up to let coffee out. See attached photo. I popped the top of the lid off; you can see the cracks on either side of the thumb lever.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broken lid

We love this coffee pot until the lid broke, right at the tab so coffee will not pour correctly. Where can we purchase a new lid? The insulated carafe seems to be okay.

Love it!

I love this coffee maker! It replaced my keurig and I will never use another one. It keeps the coffee piping hot for hours and I am glad it's insulated because now I don't ever have to drink burned coffee again (from the old heating element and glass carafe type maker). I did have the coffee run all over the counter once, but it was user error. I have had it for 3 years and love it! My only issue is the same as the others, the thumb tab broke inside of the lid and now it is difficult to get coffee. Anyone know where to get a replacement? Definitely recommend this coffee pot!

Shuts off during brew cycle

I bought this 3 months ago and recently it shuts off during the brew cycle. I push the on button again and it shuts off a minute or two later. Very frustrating that I cannot make a full pot of coffee without the hassle and standing at the machine the whole time.

Bad lid, no replacement available

Let me join the slew of comments about the bad lid of this, otherwise good, coffeemaker. Just a few days after purchasing the coffeemaker, the mechanism inside the lid that allows to pour the coffee started malfunctioning and later stopped working altogether, and there are no replacement lids available. Most comments about this issue have disappeared from the list of reviews, but I don't think the issue has been resolved, so I don't recommend buying this product.

Fantastic Coffee Maker minus bad lid

I absolutely love this coffee pot.
Good:
- great brewing time
-keeps the coffee warm all day
-beautiful design
-simple button structure
Bad:
THE LID... as everyone else has said. Our lid broke within the first month that we had it. We have been dealing with just taking it off or loosening it to pour but that often leads to hot coffee spills on hands or counters. We have looked for a replacement top, its the only thing wrong with our system, but have not been able to find a replacement. I'm not buying a new pot for a broken lid!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bad Lid Too :(

Our lid for our coffee pot has broken too and we are very sad. It won't pour anymore. Sounds like this is a problem for many other people as well. Now our coffee pot is not functional. I was hoping to find a replacement lid here, but I am not sure if they exist. I do like that this pot does not have a burner, which keeps the coffee from getting a burnt taste over time and saves energy. But with a lid that breaks, I just can't recommend it.
