Don’t waste your money

Out of the box it was terrible. The carafe keeps the coffee hot for i my an hour and a half. It leaks when pouring and there are grounds in every pot unless you make a half pot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Died 8 months in

Coffee pot was working well. However, 8 months in and it just stopped working. Won’t turn on, no power at all.
Very expensive for 8 mo. Carafe in good shape, but worthless without power.
Is there a warranty?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Short 4 Cups

Don't know exactly how long this has been going on but my 8-10 morning cups won't finish the bottom "4-cups". I checked the "1-4 cup" and it's not on. We've owned this about 7 months. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

One of the best

I have had this coffee maker for a very long time. The cover has developed a leak when you pour the coffee. Runs down the side. Is there spare parts as I hate to buy a new one when all I need is a new cover or craft. I have looked for new ones but this has been the best one I have had in all the years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

it gives you half the coffee and spills the rest on the counter or floor the spout is bad even if take the lid off it still pours out all over every thing works great tho i use a secound cup to catch the spilt coffee its like a paint bucket pours all over its self and slashes every where
