Great Coffee Maker

Got this as a replacement for another name brand coffee maker. Finally I no longer have to go for my second cup of coffee to find that it is burnt tasting. This coffee maker keeps the coffee warm for up to 2 hours. No burnt taste, and the coffee is hot. Great buy and just what I was searching for thank you Black and Decker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Horrible Product

Stupid medal coffee maker,extremely disappointed.1- everything tastes as if Ian drinking my coffee from a old rusting metalcan.2- doesn't stay hit. It on 10 minutes....Nothing is more embarking then my mother- in- law spitting out the coffee and referring it to the worstcoffee on the planet,hey thanks...I live it's gets subzero state, Nothing worst than metal flavored cold and if I would have known now had this purchase I would of bought something else.

not good at all I have to push the on button every 40 seconds to keep it going I had to play with this stupid machine for over a half hour to get a cup of coffee very disapointed

Unpredictable

I bought this coffee maker July 12, 2018. My husband and I have coffee on the back porch every morning, weather permitting, and being able to take the carafe out with us is a great bonus. It keeps the coffee really hot. In the last couple of weeks it has become very unpredictable in that some mornings it works perfectly and others we have coffee all over the counter. In the beginning, it works fine but at the very last, coffee stops going into the carafe and spills all down the sides of the carafe onto the counter. I'm disappointed that I have to keep watch through the process in case it spills out.

Paint in My Coffee

Got this for Christmas 2021. The coffee craft is painted black on the inside and now finding black flakes of paint in my coffee. That's not good!

Won't stop brewing when done

I've had the 12 cup thermal carafe drip coffee maker for about 3 months. Carafe drips coffee everywhere half the time I pour with it. The auto start feature has never worked, and about a month ago it started doing this thing where it won't stop brewing when all the water has been used up. I put about 6 cups in and start it, and when all the water has been sent through the drip, it keeps gurgling and trying to brew. The first time it did this, I walked away for a few minutes and when I came back into the kitchen, it had completely steamed up the entire cabinet above it as well as the ceiling. Literally water dripping down the front of my kitchen cabinets. Nice work, black and decker. How may I get my money back?

Need a replacement carafe

The coffee machine works well, but the inside of the thermal carafe is starting to peel. Chips of black lining are coming off, right into the pot where the coffee is held! Yucckkk!! We need a replacement carafe, but I cannot find this part for sale. B&D, please help! I am giving this product a provisional bad rating until you set this right.
