Love the coffeemaker except...

We love the coffeemaker especially the thermal coffee pot. The only problem is the lid is not working properiy, so we have to take the lid off to pour the coffee. Is there a way to receive a new lid?

Great coffee maker - faulty lid

I bought this 1 year ago. Still works ver well. Preger the carafe - insulated to a hot plate so it's great, but the tab on the lid broke. Grrr. And I got my in-laws to buy one. Based on what I have seen I am guessing theirs msy break too. There goes my good realstionsjip with the in-laws ;)

Lid broken

I love the carafe and the coffee comes out excellent. However, the part on the lid to press so you can poor has broken off. I have had this for only 4 months. I there any way I can get the lid replaced?

Awesome...until lid won't pour anymore.

I LOVE this coffee pot. It brews great coffee, keeps it hot and then it happened. As I've read in so many reviews, the lid breaks and no longer pours. I have to open pot to pour, which defeats the purpose of the thermal because we are letting all the heat out. I wish I could just get a replacement lid. Very dissapointed.

Have to push on button constantly to brew 1 pot

Coffee pot was great idea. After less than 12 months (because I don't remember if I had it before or after Christmas), if I want to brew and entire pot of coffee, all twelve cups, I have to push the on button after it drains to cups of water in to the carafe. After two cups, it shuts itself off. I have to turn it on again 5 more times if I want a full pot of coffee. I have unplugged it and left it unplugged over night thinking it would reset itself. Got up this morning, and same thing. Sat by the pot to push the on button over and over again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The lid will not pour. Had I known this was so common, I would not have chosen this pot. Send us all replacement lids.
