Good coffee maker but does not last

I bought this coffee maker 8 months ago, it worked great until a few days ago. Like most of the other reviews the lid broke and I cannot find a replacement lid and it is not fair to replace the whole coffee machine because of a broken lid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please let me know how I may obtain a new lid to the thermal pot of Black & Decker CM2035B 12-Cup Thermal Coffeemaker, Black/Silver. The small black piece on the lid broke.

Bad lid design

I bought this coffee maker and the lever on the lid broke. It never worked correctly from the beginning, coffee spilled when pouring. Need new lid design.

Great but...

I really love this coffee maker. There are many times where I will make coffee and then have to step away for an hour or two, and I know that I will come back to hot coffee.
Now for the negatives. Just like many others who have left reviews my lid had broken. I have to either remove the lid or take forever to get a cup to pour. I was looking for a replacement lid or carafe. The glass carafes are available, but not the lid or carafe for this maker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Finally, perfect, hot coffee! But lid just broke!

I've been using the coffee maker without problems for less than one year. The thumb piece on the lid just broke! Otherwise I've been happy with the quality and temperature of the coffee... How can I find a replacement for the lid???

Great coffee maker... need a new lid though!

We love this coffee maker, and the stainless steel carafe is nice. Would give 5 stars, but the lever on the lid broke with normal use within a few weeks! (I see it is a common issue) I can't seem to find the same carafe or lid to replace it with. How can I find one?

Great coffee but broken lid

I bought this coffee maker in November of 2014 and over Christmas of 2015, the little lid handle broke off. Now the thing on top that the water flows through is also broken. I am so disappointed because I really like the ability to change the brew strength and the carafe keeps my coffee hot. Having to remove the lid to brew coffee negates all the positive things about this coffee maker. Could you please tell me how to get a new lid. Thank you very much.

Good system, just needs a new lid

We've been using ours for about 6-9 months. We love it. It works well and is easy to clean. Unfortunately, the lid just stopped working... You have to press a button to open the flow when you pour and it's not doing that now. Everything else is great so I'm hoping I can find a replacement lid.
I would recommend this to a friend!
