Great features but missing one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thus coffee maker is great I just wish it would sound a beep or something when brew cycle is complete. Other than that, it's a great machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a metal carafe coffeemaker because my wife is having problems with her grip and dropped the other Black & Decker 12 cup glass carafe (shattered on the tile floor). This keeps the coffee hot for 2 hrs (if the carafe is pre-warmed, as dircted).
Works great and the coffee brews deliciously.

not hot enouth

I received the 12-cup thermal coffeemaker on Feb. 23. It brews coffee fine but it is not hot enough and does not keep hot very long.
