I absolutely love this coffeemaker but recently have not been able to brew a full pot without restarting 3 to 4 times. Please help as I have been very happy with my coffeemaker to date.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love/Hate relationship

I purchased this coffee maker with the convenience and reputation behind it in mind. Loved it the minute I took it out of the box! Had had it about 8 months and one day it only brewed 4 cups. Restarted and it brewed another bit. It now has to be restarted multiple times to brew a full pot. Really hate this and I would have given 5 stars otherwise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Need replacement carafe

Love this coffee maker! Over the years, the lid on the carafe 1) cracked, and 2) stopped pouring. I now must remove the lid each time I want to pour coffee. Where can I get a replacement carafe?

12 cup thermal

After 10 months this product is not functioning correctly. It stops in the middle of brewing, I restart and it stops again. Is there a warranty on this product and if so is it only covered for nine months.

So simple, so durable, no glass. The thermal carafe keeps coffee fresh and hot for hours.

Only brews 2 cups at a time!

We bought it last year and it’s so frustrating having to turn it on 6 times to get a full pot of coffee. Takes forever. Thought it was a setting issue but haven’t been able to find a solution.

Not so good after few months

This pot was great and the thermal carafe keeps the coffee hot for hours. After about 6 months of use it now shuts off after every two cups are brewed. You literally have to stand there and turn it back on every 2 cups. Not so great when its a busy morning. Apparently mine is not the only one that does this. Seems to be a malfunction on the units.
