Got this about 4-5 years ago, few issues. After seeing other reviews, I guess I've been lucky. Looking for new seals to keep it going!

Love/Hate Relationship

We bought this over a year ago and have absolutely loved it until yesterday when it started only brewing 2 cups at a time. It flashes "CL" and we have to continually push start over and over and over to get a full pot. I've run 4 separate vinegar rises through to no avail.

Poor product

This coffee maker was given to us for a wedding present. At first it seemed like a great product, as we continued to use it we started to have problems. We have only had this product for less than 6 months. The coffee drips out of the pour spot and also will brew a cup of coffee then stop brewing. We have to continuly push the power button to get it to brew a full pot after ever cup that has been brewed. I am very disappointed in this product and upset that I have to purchase a new coffee pot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this product two months ago. It spills when you pour it, it keeps coffee warm for about half the time it advertises, and today it just stopped brewing randomly in the middle of a brew cycle. Over this product and regret the purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] EASY TO USE, THE CARAFE IS EASY TO CLEAN AND KEEPS COFFEE VERY HOT. THIS REPLACES ANOTHER B&D COFFEE MAKER THAT STILL WORKS BUT I JUST WANTED A CHANGE. HAS A GREAT FEATURE THAT REMINDS YOU TO CLEAN MACHINE ABOUT EVERY 60 POTS, LOVE IT

Great Tasting Coffe - A Lot to Be Happy About

I've only used B&D coffeemaker a few times now but there is a lot to be happy about with only a few disappointments. Best of all it makes great tasting coffee!
Besides the great tasting coffee, I especially liked:
1. The thermal carafe has a large cap allowing me to get my hand inside for a thorough cleaning. However, the large cap is a bit difficult for me to unscrew since I have small hands.
2. An option to brew less than a full pot (1-4 cups) when needed.
3. A good sprinkler head.
4. It is compact and takes up a minimum amount of space on the countertop and fits nicely under the cabinets.
The only disappointments I had are relatively minor:
1. The LED screen is not backlit. Once I placed the coffeemaker under the cabinets the screen was difficult to see without turning on the kitchen lights even during the day.
2. The water reservior is not detachable and a bit difficult to clean.
3. I found the water temperature in my carafe gets to about 186 degrees F (after pre-warming the carafe as recomended in product manual). The SCA’s "Golden Cup" coffee criteria suggest the coffee be 200 degrees F (+/- 5 degrees).
4. Simple to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was a great coffeemaker...but no more

This is my second coffeemaker of this model - the first one worked great for many years. This one however, can't let me pour a cup of coffee without causing several spills on the counter and the edge of my cup. I need to have paper towels handy every time I refill my cup. I suspect there is a problem sealing the lid to the canister. The previous coffeemaker did not have this problem. Is there a warranty fix for this?

Love this but the lid presser handle broke
