Love it, but the lid broke

Is there any way to order a replacement lid for the carafe? Somehow the little tab broke off. It still works but I wanted to find out of I can buy a replacement lid. So far, I'm unable to find one online.

Won't brew full pot

Purchased this May 22nd and in the beginning it was great. Then recently I'd get up and there was only 2 cups brewed. Had to restart it numerous times to get a full pot. It is set to brew a full pot. I never make less than a whole pot. It's been descaled monthly, so I know that's not it. Now it's not brewing at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Lid Broke

We purchased the coffee maker roughly one year ago. The lid will not allow us to pour the brewed coffee as the tab has broken. Were disappointed as the coffee make still works but the Carafe lid is broken.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent coffeemaker

I've read some of the bad reviews and don't understand what's up. We bought this machine well over a year ago and have no problems with it. We love how it keeps the coffee steaming hot for so long and have even taken it camping with us on a couple of occasions. We've used it so much that we've worn the paint off of the front, have to go by memory to make the coffee. My problem now is I dropped the pot a couple of months ago and broke the lid and so far can't find a replacement. Black & Decker if your reading this please email me where to find a replacement lid or pot. Thanks.

Like the Thermal Pot, but!

We bought this maker in September, 2017 and have had problems with the brew basket. We like to use paper filters and seem to always have coffee ground overflow. Because of this I would not recommend this coffee maker. Would like to know if there is a solution.

Broken carafe lid

The lid to the carafe has broken. A new carafe is 75% of the cost of the whole coffee maker. I need a new lid. The carafe no longer stays hot. I purchased this coffee maker because it did not have a hot plate to rust when he sneaks a cup before the whole pot brews. Now I'm not sure about it.

Just what my Aunt wanted

My aunt asked me to purchase this for her because it wasn’t available in Canada and they’d been looking everywhere for it. Unfortunately she passed away from cancer just 2 days after I got it and she never did get it. I hope my Uncle enjoys it but my aunt was the coffee drinker
