Setting don't work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this coffee maker a day ago. Not sure if it's user error or product malfunction. But everytime we set the machine to brew 1-4 cups it always makes 12.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BEST coffee maker EVER!

I've had 'em all and this is the best! No-drip pour spout. Stainless steel carafe. No warmer plate! It's not needed! All that being said, I broke the lid on mine and need either a new lid or the whole carafe. Anyone reading this?

Settings not working

I bought this coffee maker over the weekend and have only used it twice but every time I set it to 1-4 cups it brews all 12 cups. Am I doing something wrong any suggestions.

When you intend to brew a smaller volume of coffee, add the intended amount of water to the reservoir prior to selecting the 1-4 cup option. Carafe Lid issues

Great pot, brews great tasting, strong coffee. However, the carafe lid is garbage! It broke in no time and barley pours the coffee. We have to remove the lid to pour coffee, which is very inconvenient. I'm willing to purchase a replacement lid, but it is not offered.

Love the coffee maker but...

Bought the coffee maker about 3 months ago. Worked great but a couple of days ago it started brewing only about 2 or 3 cups at a time.

great coffee maker,bad lid design

I recently purchased a CM2035B coffee maker, it makes fantastic coffee,and has a ton of great features. The only problem I have had is that the lid no longer allows for pouring, without removing it. Is it possible to get a new lid? Thank You

Half in the pot, half on the counter?

Black and Decker Thermal Programmable coffee maker CM2035B overflows. No grounds on the counter, carafe placement is checked, and double checked, valves lined up perfectly, half of the pot gets filled perfectly, then the second half of the pot goes on the counter. This has happened twice. After the first time we gave the benefit of the doubt, chalked it up to user error. Not this time. I believe due to the tight seal between basket and carafe lid, pressure builds in the carafe to the point it will no longer allow coffee to enter. Why only on occasion? The carafe is meticulously maintained and kept clean. Thoughts?

Flimsy Construction For The Price

The functionality of the coffeemaker is fine, however the build is very flimsy considering the price-range. The lid of the caraffe broke, and now we pour without it (lest we risk spilling coffee all over, or no pour at all).
