Same problem as everyone else - lid broken

loved it except for lid problem - new lid not available - new carafe costs more than I paid for the coffeemaker - almost all reviews reference broken lids - you need to make these available at a reasonable cost

I experienced the same issue many have reported, makes great coffee but lid broke in less than one year.

Coffee Stops Brewing

I've had this coffee pot for about a month. Within the last week the coffee pot has unexpectedly stopped brewing after making 6 cubs. In order to get a full pot of coffee I have to turn on the coffee pot about 6 times. It's very annoying and especially when i'm in a rush to make it to school on time to teach my classes.

Disappointing carafe lid

The coffee maker is nice looking and makes a good cup of coffee. Lots of convenient features but the lid leaks terribly and makes a mess. Too frustrating in the morning!

Best tasting coffee and stays hot and fresh!

I loved this coffee maker so much I bought 3 more for our rental properties! The way it drips the water over the grounds makes a much better tasting coffee also because the pot itself is insulated and not sitting on a warming burner, it is always hot and never tastes burnt. Highly recommend!

Water gets trapped between the walls of the carafe

I bought this about two months ago and it seems that slowly water has been leaking in between the walls of the carafe. I can hear it swishing around, but can't seem to get it out, I've even left it draining upside down overnight.

Great coffeemaker but lid has been a problem

I've had this coffeemaker for awhile. Within one month the coffee lid dispenser broke (the tab). This was not a complete barrier to using the coffeemaker. However, recently the dispenser button has completely broken and coffee cannot be poured without taking off the lid.

Great Coffee Maker... When it works

Bought this coffee maker to replace our previous one which lasted around 4-5 years. After about 3 months of daily use, it has started shutting off half way through the brewing cycle for some reason. It seems to happen 1/3 of the time. Not bananas about it.
