Broken lid

I really like this coffee maker, but the lid recently broke (popup feature) and no longer works. I have to manually press the button down to brew coffee. I would like a replacement lid as this is an inconvenience, and I am afraid the loose pieces will get lost.

Love this Pot; hate the lid

Like other reviewers, my lid has broken. Actually, my mother/father and sister both each bought their own coffee pot of the same type after my raving on the actual unit, however, all of our lids have since broken. Is there a way I can order three replacement lids?

Lid Broken

This has been a great coffee pot for us at the office but I'm afraid the lid has broken and needs to be taken off in order to pour. A coworker of mine burnt their hand and now we have to put the coffee in another pot after brewing. I would please like some information on how to obtain a replacement lid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Loved it until the lid broke

We loved this coffee maker, even after the lid broke and we had to unscrew the top to pour our coffee. Now it overflows every time we try to brew a pot. I see many others have had both of these problems with the lid. It would be nice if you provided the solution online so that we could all learn how to replace the lid. Is there a way to get a replacement lid? Please help!

Great thermal carafe, but lid broke easily

The carafe is great because it keeps coffee warm for a long time, but the lid broke after not much use--and now pouring sends coffee all over. I have been hoping to find a replacement. Any suggestions?

Good pot, but poorly designed lid

We purchased the model 2035B about 1 year ago and love it. The thermal pot is great because the coffee never burns like some coffee makers with heating elements will do. The only problem we have is the lever on the lid snapped off, leaving a little stub to pour coffee. We would like to know how we can get a new lid

What I wanted but disappointed at the same time

I love that this pot keeps my coffee hot without a warmer. I did not want a glass pot as I had one break on me and had 2nd degree burns. I am very disappointed that my lid broke and I can't find a replacement. My family gets up at different times of the morning and having a hot pot of coffee without worrying about turning the machine off or the coffee getting thick and gross was important to us. This pot provides that but it doesn't stay quite as hot now that the lid and seal is broken
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great coffee maker but....

Coffee maker work.s very well only issue is that the lid on the carafe broke inside. Unable to find replacement lid for it.
