Great at first

At first I loved the Idea of having hot coffee all day and it worked great. That only lasted about 1 month before the coffee grounds started getting in my coffee pot and I had to constantly move the pot around to make it drain. Now, it has been two months later and a new problem has begun. When I start the coffee pot, it only brews about 2 cups worth of the water at one time, I have to constantly keep pressing the start button to make it finish a full pot of coffee. It is very frustrating, especially for how much money I spent on this coffee pot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Grounds in the pot

I bought this machine two months ago and love it except that I continually have grounds in the pot. I only make 8 cups at a time. The coffee drains so slowly into the carafe, that it overflows the filter. I am a technical support manager for a manufacturer and like to think I can solve most issues. Also, you really need to backlight the screen with an LED

new thermal coffee maker cm2035b disappoinments

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just recieved this cm2035b coffee maker, tried to follow instruction before first use. Like wash clean the coffee maker with warm soapy water then rinse, then wash clean by brewing 2 cycle of full 12cup water without coffee but to my surprise when I tried to start brewing clean..nothing happens. Blue light power in on...but the coffee maker does not start at all, pls help

Only brews 1-2 cups

When this was first bought it worked fantastic. Definitely loved it's features. It has started to have issues in the past few months. It only brews 1-2 cups depending on the day regardless of how much water is put in. I played around with the settings and it worked a few times after but now it only makes about 2 cups regardless of settings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It quit after about 6 months. It lights up and seems OK except it won't heat the water.

Keeps Coffee hot but...

I bought this coffee maker after Christmas and it worked great for two months. Now like other reviews have stated I have coffee grounds in the carafe after brewing? Kind of frustrating and I can't figure out why. I use good quality coffee filter for up to 12 cups.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have this coffee maker with a glass pot. I got it as a gift in January 2017, and after about a month of using it, I started getting grounds in my coffee! I'v tried adjusting things, but still end up with grounds in the pot. Not happy.

Great carafe - lousy lid

Bought this a month or so ago. The bubble on the lid has already broken and will not release the coffee causing the overflow. I cannot find a replacement lid. Can anyone help?
